concert

The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Easter Praise Concert organizers, its affiliates, sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the EASTER CONCERT or competition, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or personal injury. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the Participant’s involvement in the upcoming event.
