We aim to discover hidden treasures across industries in every corner of our country — talented individuals and professionals from various fields are encouraged to join Talent Shift.
After the search, all registrants will be informed and trained as part of the exercise. Each member of the community will then be provided with a developmental platform to express their gifts.
The developmental process will lead each participant to the empowerment stage, where they will be sponsored, exposed, connected, and promoted.
Gas, petroleum, and kerosene are products of crude oil discovery; without discovering crude, its benefits cannot bring transformation. In the same way, Talent Shift seeks to uncover the “crude” within every individual—those hidden potentials that, when developed, can lead to greatness. Many people live in poverty not because they lack ability, but because their talents remain undiscovered. This program is designed to identify, develop, and promote these gifts, empowering participants with knowledge, motivation, and opportunities that can lead to success and help eradicate poverty in our society.

The Talent Shift ’26 registration exercise begins on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will close once the required number of participants is reached.

Judging Criteria for Evaluation
- The Early Bird offer is designed to test each contestant’s promptness and drive for success.

The music submitted, or the one created, will give us a clear idea of each contestant’s ability. What we are looking for is vocal competence.
– 25 Marks
Scoring System
1 Vote = 1 marks (₦500 per vote). Don’t take this lightly.

His versatility and commitment to excellence have established him as a trusted force in both music production and broadcasting.
Today, through Zodmox TV and his mentorship programs, Oyeyemi continues to shape Nigeria’s creative industry while nurturing a new generation of achievers. His lifelong passion has been to raise musicians to stardom, equipping them with the knowledge, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed in their calling and careers.
